At checkout, we collect your name, email address, phone number and shipping address, along with the details of your order. When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, message and phone number if you choose to provide it.
We use this information to process and deliver orders, arrange payment, answer questions and provide customer support, including returns and warranty requests. We may also retain information needed to meet applicable recordkeeping obligations.
We accept Cash on Delivery, Bank Transfer, Whish Money and OMT. These methods are handled manually using payment instructions; the site does not use a third-party payment processor to collect customer data. The site itself never collects payment card details. Please do not send card details through our contact form or messages. Any information you provide directly to your bank or transfer service is handled under that provider’s own privacy practices.
Our WooCommerce store uses cart and session cookies to remember your cart and support checkout. You can manage cookies in your browser, but disabling them may prevent the cart or checkout from working properly.
The Contact page includes a Google Maps embed. Loading or interacting with it may send information such as your IP address to Google and allow Google to use cookies under its own privacy policy. If you contact us through WhatsApp, that service also handles information under its own privacy policy.
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to operate the store, fulfil orders and provide support, such as providing delivery details to a delivery service, or when required by law.
We keep order and contact records only for as long as needed for these purposes, including warranty support, resolving disputes and applicable recordkeeping requirements. When information is no longer needed, it should be deleted or anonymised.
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information through our Contact page and form or the store’s WhatsApp link. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.
