Warranty

Every laptop — new or used — comes with a 90-day warranty covering hardware faults. If something we tested breaks under normal use within that window, we’ll repair or replace it.

Returns

Not happy with your laptop? Let us know within 7 days of delivery and we’ll work out a return or exchange, as long as the unit is in the condition it was sent in.

How buying works

1. Browse the shop and pick the laptop that fits — or message us on WhatsApp if you’d like help choosing.
2. Add it to your cart and check out, or place your order over WhatsApp if you’d rather talk it through first.
3. We confirm your order and arrange delivery or pickup.

Yes, within Lebanon. Delivery details are confirmed with you after checkout.
