Our laptops are graded New, Used-Grade A or Used-Grade B. The condition, specifications and any disclosed wear are described in each product listing. Please review that listing carefully. We aim to keep descriptions accurate and will contact you if an error affects your order.
Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Review the order total and any delivery charges shown at checkout before placing your order.
We accept these payment methods:
Payments are handled manually. For Bank Transfer, Whish Money and OMT, orders may be placed on hold pending manual payment verification.
An order acknowledgement confirms that we have received your request. We may contact you to confirm availability, payment and delivery details before fulfilment. If we cannot fulfil your order or an error needs correcting, we will contact you to agree on the next step, including the return of any payment for an order we cannot supply.
We deliver within Lebanon. Please provide an accurate shipping address and a phone number where you can be reached. Delivery arrangements and estimated timing will be communicated when your order is confirmed. Estimates may be affected by circumstances outside our control.
PC Land offers a 90-day warranty and a 7-day return window, as published on our Support/FAQ page. Please refer to that page for the applicable details and contact us for help with a return or warranty request.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, PC Land is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website or purchased products. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to you.
